We deliver all types of goods, from documents to Jumbo-size Parcel.
JumboEx delivers to anywhere within Penang.
JumboEx offers same-day or scheduled delivery service. You can choose your delivery timeframe in the app with your preferred time slot.
In order for you to cancel your order, please call the Customer Service at 04-545 2233.
Enable the "e-receipts" features in the app. The e-receipt will be sent automatically to your registered email address once the order is completed. If you do not wish to receive the e-receipts, simply disable the "e-receipts" features in the app.

Drivers

Prices are determined based on the distance between the pick-up and drop-off points.
Yes you can, as long as they are at different times.
Once you accept the order, you will be able to see the customer's delivery address and contact number.

Click "forgot password" in the JumboEx Driver app and a verification code will be sent to the registered number to reset the password. You may call our Customer Service team at 03-7688 6555 for further assistance.
To update your vehicle information, send an email to [email protected], attaching photos of the vehicle's front view, side view and back view. Please use this in the subject line of the email: VEHICLE UPDATE
Click on the "e-wallet" tab in the JumboEx Driver App, and tap on "Bank Info". You may update your bank information there.
Call the Customer Service at 04-545 2233 to request to update your mobile number.
After the order has been completed, go to "Records" tab. You may rate customers by clicking on the individual orders.
